HireAbility Launches Virtual Recruiter Program
San Mateo, CA - June 7, 2005 - Today, HireAbility®, a leading provider of recruitment services and software, launches its Virtual Recruiter (VR) program, a new way for contract and independent recruiters to expand their business and earn high commissions, while incurring no monthly charges or initial cost.
The HireAbility Virtual Recruiter program unites experienced independent recruiters, contract recruiters, agency recruiters, and corporate recruiters. Members receive an Applicant Tracking System including automatic résumé processing, unlimited access to the Recruiting Exchange splits network, and an established nationwide network of recruiters. Whether Virtual Recruiting members perform both sales and recruiting activities, or specialize in either, they will gain a team of experienced professionals and a pipeline of job orders with which to work.

The existing recruiting network of Independent Agents and Recruiting Exchange members represent most vertical and geographic markets. This means that VR members can provide full service to their clients by networking with members in other markets, regardless of the niche in which their own expertise lies.
