HireAbility.com (“HireAbility”) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the websites: www.HireAbility.com, www.SARAHinfo.com, www.itsarah.com, and www.resumeparser.com (collectively the “Sites”). By visiting the Sites, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

The HireAbility Sites: www.HireAbility.com (“hireability.com”) is a career Web site owned and operated by HireAbility where (i) candidates can market their profiles for the purpose of finding jobs, and search and apply for jobs posted to hireability.com, and access other pertinent information; and (ii) recruitment professionals can post jobs for the purpose of finding candidates, and search for and contact candidates with profiles posted on hireability.com, and access other pertinent information.

www.SARAHinfo.com (“SARAHinfo.com”) is a Web site owned and operated by HireAbility that enables recruitment professionals to subscribe to recruitment products and services provided by HireAbility.

www.itsarah.com (“itsarah.com”) is a hosted Applicant Tracking System and Recruitment Exchange, owned and operated by HireAbility. Subscribed recruitment professionals use these web-based products and services, provided by HireAbility.

www.resumeparser.com (“resumeparser.com”) is a Web site owned and operated by HireAbility for recruitment professionals, HR organizations, and software vendors to learn about ALEX(sm)(the résumé parser) and the résumé processing services provided by HireAbility.

Username and Password: The only way to gain access to your account on hireability.com is by entering your correct Username and Password combination in the appropriate fields provided. Therefore, you should not reveal your Username and Password to anyone. If you think that your Password has been compromised, you can change it in your profile.

SARAHinfo.com enables you to sign up for HireAbility products and services, but does not provide direct account access. Access to the services and products to which you subscribed through SARAHinfo.com, is provided by entering the Username and Password in the appropriate spaces at the URL provided to you by HireAbility. This URL is provided to you upon activation of your account(s) and in accordance with the applicable license agreement(s).

External Links: The Sites contain links to other sites. HireAbility is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other Web sites.

Public Forums: This site may at any time make a message board available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Information You Provide to Us: hireability.com's registration and information request forms require users to give contact information (e.g. name and email address). In addition, upon registration and at times thereafter, hireability.com requires users to enter information regarding the skill sets and expertise they have or are seeking (“posted information”). Except for hireability.com registered candidates who make their candidate profile private, the contact and posted information will be shown to other users requesting that information.

SARAHinfo.com's registration, information request and on-line tour forms require users to give contact information (e.g. name(s) and email address(s)) and other informtion about their plans for using, and interests in our products and services. To gain access to any of HireAbility's products and services (e.g. SARAH) to which you subscribe through SARAHinfo.com you will be prompted to first read and agree to the applicable license agreement(s). Your use of the products and services including all information you enter into the products and services, is goverend by the terms of the applicable license agreement(s) which you must accept to gain access to the products and services.

We collect billing information for the purchases made by you (e.g. credit card account information) on our the Sites. Billing contact information for each customer is used only to process payment and to contact you regarding billing if necessary. Credit card information is protected during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. All credit card information is stored only on our secure servers.

We store information you enter on our Sites or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to access or use some or all of our functionality. We use the information that you provide to respond to your requests, improve our service, communicate with you effectively, and deliver our career site and recruitment services.

HireAbility may perform research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior based on the information provided to us upon registration. We do this to better understand and serve our users. This research is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. We may share this aggregated data with advertisers or business partners.

Automatic Information: We store certain types of information whenever you visit the Sites. We use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses either of the Sites. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer via your web browser to your computer's hard drive. Cookies enable our systems to recognize your browser. You can disable cookies, however, we will not recognized you as a return visitor. With cookies disabled, you may be required to re-enter information to take advantage of some of our features (e.g. SARAHinfo.com’s on-line tours), or may not be able to take advantage of personalized pages.

While we request, we cannot guarantee, that our partners and other sources provide us with your information only if you have opted-in to receive information from other sources. Email from Us: To ensure that your information on hireability.com is the most up-to-date, or to share with you the latest news about our Sites (jobs or candidates which may interest you, features, functionality, and services) we may email you periodically. We also may send you news and offers from our partners. You can set your preferences in your hireability.com account to receive or restrict emails from HireAbility and/or our partners.

Access to Customer Information: We engage other entities to perform services on our behalf. Examples of these services include analyzing data, providing marketing and customer support, processing credit cards, sending e-mail, and data processing. These entities are bound by a privacy policy at least as stringent as the terms described herein. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions only, but may not use it for other purposes.

We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other license agreements; or protect the rights and property of HireAbility, our customers, users, or others. This includes the exchange of information in defense or prevention of fraud, and reduction of credit risk.

Security: HireAbility has rigid security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and unauthorized access and alteration of the information under our control.

Statistics: We use WebTrends Live to conduct anonymous web traffic analysis for our site. While WebTrends Live makes use of cookies, no personal information is ever collected or analyzed by this service.
