Have you ever had one of those days when you just feel slow and, well, blah? I know I have.
According to a new article out by WebMd.com, there are foods, cutely called “super foods” that can really help us “pump up the volume” and live a more energetic and fruitful life...hahah. I am so witty.

Did you know that blueberries are one of the most powerful fruits you can consume? They are high in potassium and vitamin C, making them the top choice of doctors and nutritionists. You may be able to lower your risk of heart disease and cancer, they are also anti-inflammatory. How about that!
What about fish? No, not a McDonald’s fish-o-filet, or whatever it is, real salmon or haddock. They are packed full of omega-3 fatty acids, which I’ve heard can aid in kicking those little tiny crow’s feet to the curb!
