The first quarter of 2012 proved to be a very busy and productive time at HireAbility. We made some major enhancements to our job order parser. Our job order parser was originally released a few years ago to help companies better match candidates to key skill requirements of open positions. With the increase in online recruiting and need for better matching we invested a great deal of time to increase the accuracy of our job order parser.

Another achievement was making major changes to our marketing website. We spent so much time updating our parser that we neglected our image a bit. Our new site makes it much easier for current and prospective customers to learn about our products and contact us. We added a live chat tool so that during normal business hours someone can be reached immediately via our website.

We also added a number of customers during the first quarter of this year. To mention a few, we are happy to bring aboard a Canadian based ATS provider, a US based ATS provider who switched over from a competitor, a top provider of hiring software for small businesses and a job board.

Finally, we entered into a very exciting partnership. HireAbility has partnered with Jobaline to add resume parsing to their innovative pay-per-pick recruiting platform. Jobaline changes the way recruiters get candidates by allowing them to post for free and only pay for the candidates that they want to connect with.
