HireAbility announces support for Job Order JSON standard

With more recruitment technologies becoming available on mobile devices, the demand for a lighter weight communication protocol has increased significantly. HireAbility previously implemented the HR-XML Consortium’s JSON specification for resumes and CVs when it first came out in 2013. To make the JSON specification complete for recruitment, there has been a need for a job order schema. HireAbility has now created such a specification to fill the need and will be submitting it to the HR-XML Open Standards committee for their review. The implementation is available at HireAbility and provides full JSON support for both job orders and resumes/CVs.
