You know the weather is playing tricks on you in New Hampshire when you have to fly to Florida to escape the heat! Leaving behind mid to high 90 degree weather we flew down to Orlando this past Sunday to attend the 33rd annual IHRIM HRMS Strategies Conference and Technology Exposition.
These events are always a great time and we had the opportunity to talk with many fantastic people and organizations. Thank you again to everyone that took time to learn about our outstanding resume parsing software.
While we were at the conference I was able to find some time to attend one of the sessions which focused on the pros and cons associated with integrating SaaS offerings into your companies HR systems bundle. One of the areas they mentioned was centered on support. Questions posed were: Are there any support blackout times? And, what types of support are available and when?
