My client is renown in the space of quantitative finance and as such has a very strong quantitative, systematic trading operation in London They are looking to add another dimension to this with the inclusion of a fundamentally driven trader who has a strategy that has been systematised either partially or in its entirety.
They are looking to diversify this already successful desk but are looking to do so only with the right business venture. They see this as an opportune time build a new partnership that with strengthen and compliment the trading already in place.
The candidate should be coming from a good shop with a good knowledge of this space and an excellent academic background is generally expected.
They should have a trading record that is second to none with consistently high returns and a Sharpe Ratio >1.
The compensation being offered is very high and consists of a predetermined % of PnL of the candidate’s own strategy as well as a discretionary bonus element dependant on the performance of the whole desk. This is a very interesting opportunity for someone who is at the top of their game and wants to join a team that is young but growing and maturing at a very fast rate.
