Responsible for overseeing staff and conducting all aspects of Commercial real estate and C&I Lending Loan reviews. Ensure commercial underwriting practices conform to established board policies and department procedures. See that bank complies with rules and regulations and that credits are appropriately risk rated.
Degree plus 5 years underwriting/credit analyst exp. preferred. Must have in depth knowledge of bank credit policies, commercial loan programs, real estate markets, pro-forma statements and familiarity with financial calculators.
