ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
Our client, an Interactive Healthcare Communications/Advertising Agency, is looking for their next superstar account supervisor. The account supervisor is responsible for developing annual and long-term promotional plans for a particular client. Generally, the AS will manage the day-to-day activities for a group of products for one or more clients. Account responsibility will include defining the marketing and strategic objectives for the respective product(s) to meet client business goals and developing appropriate promotional recommendations; ensuring delivery of high-quality advertising and promotion on behalf of our clients; managing financial and budgetary compliance; and responsibility for ensuring high-quality client satisfaction
This position requires frequent client contact with the product manager and other members of the client support team and may require bi-monthly travel.
Credentials and Experience
• A minimum of a bachelors degree in business administration or marketing, or a science background, although other background may be acceptable
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or advertising; strategic, analytical, and creative thinking
• Demonstrated ability in skills as an AAE, AE, SAE
• 6 months to a year as a proven account supervisor
• Creative ability and imagination
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel bi-monthly and work overtime
• Proficient in Microsoft/Excel
• Medical device, cardio, and/or specialty experience a plus
• Comfortable with high-science brands
