Responsibilities
1) Coordinate the strategic and annual planning process for the organization
2) Develop a comprehensive management reporting package for the product supply chain organization
3) Measure the health of operations relative to goals, targets, budgets and plans
4) Coordinate with customer service, operations, distillery, plant, production, manufacturing and Bottling Department leaders in KY, CA and Mexico on product supply chain activities related to finance and budgets
5) Identify risks and opportunities to plan performance
6) Provide financial analysis for decision making to the CFO, VP of Finance and senior management at corporate headquarters
7) Play an instrumental role in driving change and influencing others across the organization in support of company’s goals and objectives
8) Develop systems for communicating/sharing information within the product supply chain organization and across other functions at a local, national and international level
9) Follow up/report for financial decisions and results
10) Provide monthly and ad hoc financial reporting and decision support analysis of results and projects
11) Facilitate and ensure the effective “rollout" of budgeting and strategic planning processes
12) Manage, develop and maintain product supply chain models and planning templates that support financial and strategic planning
13) Provide accurate forecasting as well as research and report on factors influencing business performance
14) Recommend better allocation of resources driving the business ahead
15) Support the design and fine tuning of cost accounting processes as they are fully integrated with financial planning and analysis
16) Provide sound advice on complex issues based on cost/benefit/risk analysis
17) Develop and exploit financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
18) Plan, support customer orders (open orders, backorders, etc.), procurement, usage/outlook, supplier relationships and inventory management
19) Develop and roll out management reporting
Requirements
1) BA in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain/ Business preferred (MBA with supply chain concentration a plus)
2) 5+ years of work experience in finance/accounting roles within product supply chain environments
3) Experience in finance within a food manufacturing facility
4) Experience in Latin/Retail method of inventory accounting/COGS preferred
5) Accounting and finance background with cost accounting knowledge (inventory, COGS and manufacturing variance analysis)
6) Strong analytical ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
7) Expertise in assessing large amounts of data to develop hypotheses and solutions (spreadsheets, databases)
8) Enterprise-class systems experience with SAP preferred
9) Excellent financial modeling skills
10) Exceptional leadership skills and ability to work effectively with senior management and across the organization
11) Excellent communication skills with ability to express quantitative results clearly, concisely and effectively
12) Ability to summarize and effectively explain complex information
13) Bilingual in English/Spanish
14) Willingness to travel (20% – 25%) and work in the evenings as needed
