Responsibilities
1) Oversee daily operational activities of the company
2) Manage day-to-day operations
3) Adhere to all food safety/sanitation regulations
4) Investigate and recommend new methods of improving operations, enhancing efficiency and expanding markets
5) Manage operational budgets
6) Maintain all required certifications
7) Ensure compliance with all regulating agencies
8) Drive the business from $10M to $50M
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year)
2) 15+ years of experience in the food industry with expertise in P&L, operations and team direction
3) Ability to execute with clear direction and let go
