Awesome Opportunity with a Leading Food Processing Company in upper Midwest! We need a strong HR Generalist with Safety experience to lead the HR division of this multi-site manufacturer (minimum experience of 10 years). This is a Corporate position that will oversee 4 HR Managers at their respective locations. Successful candidate will be a down to earth, hands-on leader who is not afraid to "get their hands dirty." This position is viewed as an integral part of the Sr. Leadership team of the company. Bilingual English-Spanish considered a plus. Great family-friendly culture!! Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Related required. Salary: $70-$80,000.
