· At least 5 years of experience in AB initio area

· Demonstrated off-shore team leadership experience

· Demonstrated strategic vision shaping skills

· Functional specification development and scope management

· Good analytical and problem solving skills

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Strong familiarity with AB initio capabilities and functionality.

· Good project management skills
