Responsibilities
1) Lead the company’s expansion efforts
2) Implement a sales development program
3) Hire, train and manage sales staff and be an active producer
4) Produce a quality lead-generation flow system
5) Build a 5-year development plan
6) Identify and implement improvements to existing franchise support as well as development
7) Help develop online methods that may be applied to enhance and support business-to-business sales
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year)
2) 5+ years of experience in a similar role with in-depth franchising experience
3) Experience in quick/casual, fast food, or retail segment of franchising an asset
4) Superb business development, training and mentoring skills
5) Excellent leadership and communication skills
6) Entrepreneurial and business savvy individual
7) Willingness to travel – up to 40%
