1) Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (bottling experience preferred)
2) Experience in central heating and cooling plants, construction supervision and investigations
3) Knowledge of computers and PLCs
4) Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
5) Ability to stand for long periods of time and to perform complex procedures and calculations

Partial Job Description
1) Oversee shifts for all mechanical systems in the facility
2) Perform all mechanical repairs on assigned shift for complete facility including production lines, forklifts and the building
3) Troubleshoot equipment failures effectively to minimize down time
4) Respond to and repair all equipment malfunctions on assigned shift to minimize downtime as well as consult Head Mechanic as needed
5) Perform preventative maintenance and all daily tasks as assigned
6) Assist with larger repairs and installations as required
7) Provide mechanical instruction and guidance to production line operators
8) Perform large scale machine installations including all electrical connections and tie-ins
9) Assist in leading project teams associated with equipment installation and optimizations
10) Assist with organization and completion of facility projects
11) Ensure minimal downtime due to equipment malfunctions
12) Make sure all work orders are completed on time
13) Ensure that work is performed accident-free and all company policies and procedures are followed
