Our client is a privately owned manufacturer of dairy products (cheese). The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and employs over 100 people.
Responsibilities
1) Manage the production of cheese from the receipt of milk through the aging of the cheese
2) Ensure products of the highest quality, while maximizing yields
3) Maintain cost-efficient operations
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Experience in a production management/supervisory role
3) Experience in dairy products (cheese preferred)
4) Bilingual in Spanish and French
