We have two urgent requirements on TIBCO iProcess/Business Works Developer/Architect.
Role: TIBCO iProcess/Business Works Developer/Architect
Location: NJ
Duration: +1 Year
Responsibilities
Strong background in (BPM) and EAI to develop and implement Tibco iProcess.
• Strong technical knowledge of TIBCO iProcess and BusinessWorks
• Special emphasis on enterprise integration (e.g. Java, Database experience)
• The candidate is expected to understand SQL and database design. A background in Java or similar programming language (e.g. C#, C++) is advantageous.
• Minimum 5+ years of in-depth Java development experience Core Java and J2EE
• Minimum 5 years experience designing and implementing large scale distributed systems with Java
• Experience as a developer for a mission critical enterprise system
• Self starter with confidence to drive issues through to completion
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and vendors within a multicultural team environment.
• Strong technical documentation and project management skills with proven track record
• Project Management certification a plus
• Ability to balance strategic and tactical solutions
