Work closely with Fixed Income Client Portfolio Manager, Product Manager and US Fixed Income Investment team to prepare and communicate investment information to a range of internal and external clients. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a strong understanding of fixed income market are imperative as this position will have a high level of visibility, representing the team and company to outside investors.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and regularly update all fixed income product summaries, market and product commentaries, power point presentations and marketing material
• Work closely with sales support team to write and update effective and detailed investment responses for business proposals and client questionnaires on a timely basis
• Coordinate with product data specialist and team to ensure accuracy and integrity of fixed income investment information in client questionnaires, client reporting and consultant databases
• Provide ad hoc analysis to assist in the business development and client servicing functions of the team, including market and competitor analysis
Position Requirements:
• 2 or more years experience in an investment environment demonstrating interest in and knowledge of fixed income market
• Bachelors degree in Finance/Economics/English related field is preferred
• Outstanding established writing and communication skills
• Interest in or work towards CFA preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of Word and PowerPoint with strong Excel skills
• Must be energetic, outgoing, very well organized and willing to learn
