Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent work related experience
2) Minimum 7 years of maintenance management experience
3) Packaging/food manufacturing experience (preferred)
4) Experience in using MS Office and E-mail
5) Thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic manufacturing systems
6) Black seal license (preferred)
7) Demonstrated record of successful people management and problem resolution
8) Proven record of successful project management
9) Ability to control parts inventory and develop cost controls for department and operation
10) Strong written and verbal communication skills
Partial Job Description
1) Manage all electrical and mechanical servicing
2) Ensure safe operation of all production machinery and equipment
3) Maintain (efficiently) physical plant, utilities and grounds
4) Supervise, schedule and coordinate all activities of the Maintenance Department
