Our client is a privately owned manufacturer of dairy products. The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and has annual sales of over $10M.
Responsibilities
1) Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all production packaging/processing equipment to minimize downtime
2) Install, inspect, maintain and repair electrical power and control systems
3) Repair and maintain all plant equipment
5) Evaluate ingredients and products
6) Ensure compliance to specifications
7) Generate batching formulas, maintain formulation software systems and accurate records
8) Calibrate and maintain equipment as needed
Requirements
1) Certificate in Refrigeration (A class) and Millwright certification
2) Minimum 8 years of experience along with expertise in working on continuous conveyors in a food facility
3) Experience in servicing coolers and chillers
4) Willingness to work unusual hours as needed to rebuild plant
5) Non-unionized candidate preferred
