Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Minimum 5 years of experience with background in sales and account management within the food industry
2) Background in foodservice and retail as well as sales experience in the Midwest
3) Experience in selling to big players like Sysco, US Foodservice, Reinhart, Target, Jewel, etc.
4) Experience in selling meat, cheese or other deli
5) Candidates from Chicago and MI, IN, or MN preferred

1) Manage customer and broker planning to achieve volume, distribution, pricing and merchandising, trade spending and retail objectives
2) Oversee all key national/corporate/regional customers, food independent and food distributors to achieve desired growth objectives
3) Maximize market/customer opportunities by effective implementation of company’s plans and full utilization of available resources
4) Manage long term strategic business development and alliances
5) Oversee large regional customers pursued for rapid growth and expansion
6) Direct and monitor all aspects of trade promotion activity
7) Manage timely and accurate administration of business
