2) USDA processing experience or equivalent
3) Previous MS Office experience
4) Detail-oriented with excellent communication/follow-up and problem-solving skills
5) Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
6) Bilingual (English/Spanish)

1) Oversee the quality assurance function for a food-processing operation
2) Manage quality, food safety and HACCP programs
3) Update operating procedures and conduct GMP meetings
