Coordinate, maintain, and update Payroll, HRIS, and HR Administration
Description
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION
ˇ Process/reconcile payroll on a semi-monthly basis along with related benefits
ˇ Function as ADP Administrator
ˇ Liaise with ADP on all payroll issues
ˇ Coordinate vacation/absence data via departmental administrators & subsequent reporting
ˇ Prepare relevant documents and arrangements for orientation/exit interviews, update systems
HRIS ADMINSTRATION
ˇ Update and maintain personnel records on the HRIS system
ˇ Function as HRIS Administrator; Oracle
ˇ Produce various HR reports on a periodic/ad hoc basis; EEOC data submission
ˇ Respond to data inquiries from Marketing
ˇ Oversee integrity and quality of HR data
ˇ Coordinate HR Key Performance indicators
ˇ Update intranet site for Payroll related matters
HR ADMINISTRATION
ˇ Order supplies
ˇ Maintain departmental calendar
ˇ Schedule meetings as necessary
ˇ Maintain personnel files, ensuring required paperwork is obtained and complete
ˇ Log, reconcile, and process invoices from relevant vendors
ˇ Process departmental check requests and wire payments
ˇ Produce and distribute all firm-wide announcements
ˇ Receive and distribute department mail
ˇ Handle employment verification requests
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
ˇ Keep abreast of and present on relevant legislation
ˇ Complete special projects as assigned
ˇ Update HR processes to be in line with changing legislation or global policies
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
ˇ BA/BS degree required;
ˇ ADP payroll is required, prefer Pay eXpert
ˇ Experience with HRIS systems and reporting, Oracle strongly preferred
