Qualifications / Skills Required
1) 5+ years of experience as a Plant Manager/Production Manager in perishable protein product
2) Experience in P&L and production layouts (operational efficiencies)
3) Young and proactive with ability to speak English and Spanish
Partial Job Description
1) Oversee the facilities, plant personnel, plant customer relations, plant operations, quality and maintenance
2) Ensure the plant product is in accordance with all established policies and procedures
3) Handle all plant customer service and training
4) Oversee all plant personnel
5) Establish and implement the plant succession plan
6) Work with all other departments to ensure the most efficient plant operation
7) Ensure the operations are in accordance with all OSHA and FDA standards
8) Train and oversee all plant personnel and activities
9) Ensure the plant follows company's quality system
