Responsibilities
1) Lead development and implementation of quality programs
2) Audit execution of quality programs like allergen, sanitation and self-audits
3) Organize investigations to diagnose quality problems throughout the production process
4) Ensure that records and documentation are maintained
5) Work as a plant contact person for customer inquiries, concerns and audits
6) Collect/interpret data and issue reports of findings and trends
7) Investigate new technologies/applications to improve processes
8) Maintain and enhance quality programs
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) in Food Science/Microbiology
2) 5+ years of management experience in the food production environment
3) Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and USDA
