We are in search of a Human Resource Manager. This is a full-time permanent position. The successful candidate with have the following experience:
• 8 plus years of HR Management experience
• 8 plus years experience with HR generalist responsibilities such as: recruiting, benefits, labor relations, etc.
• MUST have a bachelor's degree
• MUST have experience working with 100 + employees
• MUST have non-union experience
• MUST have a stable work history - job hoppers will not be considered
• MUST have excellent communication skills
• MUST have experience working for companies in the manufacturing industry
