We are seeking an above average individual to join our team.
The role holder will provide support within the marketing team in areas of marketing collateral development and event and conference support.
Review and update marketing collateral materials for support of distribution to Intermediaries and Institutional clients.
Responsible for coordination with compliance, review the documents, file management and coordination of the official marketing records
Review marketing materials for proofreading and review for accuracy and consistency.
Responsible for posting all documents on internal intranet system and updating website
Work with press releases and media kits
Help in planning investor conferences and investor meeting
Assist with marketing information for RFP’s
· BA or BS, preferably in Marketing or Communications
· At least 1-3 years of previous marketing experience preferably in Financial Services Investment Banking
· Excellent relationship management, oral and written communication skills
· Attention to detail and ability to be extremely organized
· Ability to work in a flexible, adaptive work environment
· Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
