We are currently recruiting for a smaller Federally Chartered Bank who has been in business for more than 100 years. They are looking for independent loan officers and small teams to expand their Mortgage Lending Division.

We’re looking for independent loan officers and small teams to help expand this Banks’ Mortgage Lending Division.
*Are you concerned that aligning yourself with a bank will mean giving up the higher compensation and other advantages you currently enjoy as a broker or a net branch?
These positions offer commission payouts that are typically two to three times as high as most major banks. In addition they offer faster turn times, more approvals, and the option to broker without penalty.
This position will allow you to:
* Offer extremely aggressive rates and programs including FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional
* Lend in all 50 States -including FHA- without individual state licensing
* Access Underwriting turn times 24-48 hours on in house loans
* Earn high commission splits on both SRP and YSP
* Broker loans without penalty -including FHA
* Receive commissions paid bi-monthly
The ideal candidate will have:
* The ability to work independently
* 2+ years self-sourced loan origination experience
* Working knowledge of loan origination software (Encompass) & run DU
* Meet reasonable production requirements of at least two loans per month
