Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) 7+ years of experience
3) Good experience in manufacturing management
4) Background in Meat (slicing and packaging expertise)
5) Non-union experience (preferred)
6) Willingness to work the second shift (3 to midnight)
Partial Job Description
1) Oversee facilities and plant personnel
2) Handle plant customer relations
3) Oversee plant operations, plant quality and maintenance
4) Ensure plant is producing feed as per established policies and procedures
5) Oversee all plant customer service and customer-service training
6) Work with all other departments to ensure efficient plant operation
7) Ensure the plant is operating within OSHA and FDA standards
8) Establish and implement the plant succession plan
9) Ensure that plant adheres to company quality system
