Our client is a publicly owned manufacturer of dairy (cheese) products. The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and has annual sales of over $10M.
Responsibilities
1) Supervise the cheese-making process on the assigned shift
2) Ensure product quality, safety and productivity goals are attained
3) Oversee personnel as well as employee training and development
4) Manage GMP, HACCP and sanitation programs
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) in a related field (relevant higher degree a plus)
2) 3+ years of experience in food processing (cheese)
3) Strong supervisory skills
4) Ability to speak Spanish preferred
5) Willingness to work all shifts and weekends
