Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or a related field
2) Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
3) Experience in statistical analysis
4) Experience in cold extrusion, bar forming and enrobing equipment
5) Knowledge in unit operations of food manufacturing
Partial Job Description
1) Design and conduct experiments related to the efficient and effective production working towards process improvement
2) Provide assistance to manufacturing for product start-up trials
3) Troubleshoot processes and provide general technical assistance to Manufacturing
4) Identify, develop and implement new processes and production procedures
