Responsibilities
1) Manage maintenance resources
2) Maintain cost control of maintenance labor and material
3) Design and implement an organization to effectively and efficiently meet maintenance needs
4) Develop and implement a maintenance excellence plan using Lean Maintenance
5) Handle maintenance-related safety programs
6) Provide people-oriented work environment designed to motivate employees and reduce turnover
7) Schedule preventive maintenance
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) preferred
2) 5+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment along with expertise in project management
3) Ability to created preventive maintenance plan and good budgeting skills
