Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Degree (4 year)
2) 5 - 7 years of experience with knowledge of quality, HACCP, ISO and food safety
3) Strong management experience (preferably within a corporate environment)
4) Excellent leadership skills
Partial Job Description
1) Lead development and implementation of quality programs
2) Audit execution of quality programs like allergen, sanitation and self-audits
3) Organize investigations to diagnose quality problems throughout the production process
4) Ensure that records and documentation are maintained
5) Work as a plant contact person for customer inquiries, concerns and audits
6) Collect/interpret data and issue reports of findings and trends
7) Investigate new technologies/applications to improve processes
8) Maintain and enhance quality programs
