Primary Job Functions:
Mix and serve drinks to patrons.
Collect money for drinks served.
Check identification of customers in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons.
Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
Stock coolers, back bar, shelves.
Additional Responsibilities:
Any other duties as assigned.
Valid West Allis Operator License (bartender license) required.
Experience Required:
1 year of work experience as a Bartender is desired.
Daytime and Closing shifts are available.
