Talent Systems is currently recruiting for a federally chartered bank that has been in business for more than 100 years and we are looking for individual loan officers and small teams to expand their mortgage lending division.
- Lend in all 50 states
- No licensure required
- Broker loans (including FHA)
- FHA,VA,USDA, Jumbo and conventional
- No unreasonable production requirements
- 24 hour underwriting turn time
The ideal candidate will have 3 years ongoing self sourced loan origination experience, be familiar with loan origination software, and automatic underwriting systems (Du).
As of January 1st 2010 new RESPA rules require that you not only disclose your YSP to borrowers but that you also show your YSP as a borrower credit on the HUD-1 (visit http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/ramh/res/respa_hm.cfm for more information). Are you following other pending legislation like http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h111-1728 which has already passed the US House of Representatives and will ban YSP entirely.
As a loan officer working for a federally chartered bank much of your compensation will be based on SRP instead of YSP. In addition you won’t have to worry about changing licensing (and upcoming credit) requirements, continuing education, or rising licensing costs. And you’ll be able to lend nationwide including Full Eagle FHA so you can focus on markets with stronger property values.
