Line Foreman (Local candidates only)

Must have food manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience.

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Job Details: There are a total of 18 openings for these Line Foreman jobs.

MUST be flexible to work all shifts (shift hours vary depending on the location).

Will train, direct and discipline 12-40 employees and be responsible for overall plant operations during their shift.

Will be responsible for meeting production schedules.

Must have the ability to follow through and be able to communicate and work well with others in a manufacturing environment.

Strong trouble shooting skills are a must.

Must be punctual, self-motivated, outgoing, and production and quality conscientious.

Will be responsible for employee and product safety.

Will monitor usages and paperwork.

Must have basic computer skills.

Must be willing to work some weekends depending on production schedule.

Salary $12.00 to $15.00 per hour
