Our client is a publicly owned manufacturer of dairy (cheese) products. The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and has annual sales of over $10M.
Responsibilities
1) Supervise the cheese-making process on the assigned shift
2) Ensure the attainment of product quality, safety and productivity goals
3) Oversee personnel administration, employee training and development, GMP, HACCP and sanitation programs
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) in a related field (relevant higher degree a plus)
2) 3+ years of experience in food processing (dairy preferred)
3) Exceptional supervisory skills
4) Good Spanish speaking skills (preferred)
5) Willingness to work all shifts and weekends
