Testing Program Manager
(Client hires to a profile which looks like the below )
Location for this position: Minneapolis, MN
Candidate needs a medical device industry experience
Will they Relo? : N
Travel: Up to 100% - none initially for local project but then be open to it down the road
Availability:
Authorized to work in US: Visa or Citizen etc
_10-15_ years experience overall
_10_ years industry experience
_10_ years experience in Testing arena
_8 years large company consulting experience
Client facing experience:
Delivered project presentations for Business development & add on
work to C level officers? (Example? Which project? To which Business leaders)
Projects Experience
# projects completed
Led projects from start to finish
Enterprise level testing experience
Offshoring experience (w/whom)
Largest Budget responsible for: (Min. 2 million)
Responsible for the PnL (all of the 5 mill?, How long responsible been for PnL’s, Create the Budget?)
Hands on experienced but able to be interact at the C-suite level as well
Experienced with a variety of software testing tools/suites
Salary: 110-120k all in (with bonus etc) PLEASE DON”T DISCUSS COMPENSATION OTHER THAN EXPECATIONS

• Hiring Process can be lengthy (6-8 weeks)
• MUST have large company consulting experience
