Our client is a publicly owned manufacturer of dairy products. The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and has annual sales revenue of over $10M.
Responsibilities
1) Manage the production of cheese from the receipt of milk through to aging of the cheese
2) Ensure products of the highest quality, while maximizing yields
3) Maintain cost-efficient operations
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) in Food Science/Dairy or similar experience
2) 5+ years of experience in cheese processing
3) Strong management skills
4) Ability to speak Spanish preferred
5) Creative individual with ability to implement changes with staff’s support
