We are currently recruiting for an FDIC insured state chartered bank who offers the best of both worlds and we’re looking for experienced loan officers to help expand their mortgage lending division. This position will allow you to:
· Lend in 28 states without individual state licensing or CE
· Earn 100% of the revenue on your loans (less your expenses and small per file fees)
· Offer FHA down to 580 FICOs
· Offer FHA and Conventional with 100% gifted down payments
· Offer Fannie Mae HOMEPATH loans with no appraisals or MI
· Offer USDA and VA up to 100% LTVs
· Offer 203k, Commercial, Reverse and Jumbo products
· Leverage an open brokering platform that ensures if another can get a loan closed you can too!
We’re looking for experienced loan originators and small teams who are currently producing a minimum of two loans per month from established business sources. Independent loan officers, net branches, brokers, and mortgage bankers are encouraged to apply. This bank uses a common sense approach to background and credit checks so we may be able to get you onboard when other banks can’t.
