Our client is a publicly owned manufacturer of dairy (cheese) products. The company has been in operation for more than 25 years and has annual sales of over $10M.
Responsibilities
1) Manage the production of cheese from the receipt of milk through the aging of the cheese
2) Ensure products of the highest quality, while maximizing yields
3) Maintain cost-efficient operations
Requirements
1) Degree (4 year) in Food Science/Dairy/similar experience
2) 5+ years of experience with expertise in cheese processing
3) Creative individual with ability to implement changes with staff’s support
4) Exceptional management skills
5) Spanish speaking skills (preferred)
