Prestigious Investment Bank is seeking a project manager to lead 2 to 5 developers (back office trading)

Requirements
* Significant (10+ years) experience in C++ software development on a Unix platform (Solaris or Linux preferred)

* Experience managing or leading a team

* Experience with OO design of complex systems in a multi-tier architecture (using relational database systems and messaging)

* Knowledge of relational database technologies (Sybase preferred, Oracle is a plus)

* Knowledge of Java, BEA Weblogic and JMS (Tibco EMS, IBM MQ) for message oriented middleware is a strong plus but not absolutely necessary

* Basic financial services knowledge is required; familiarity with trade settlement processes and brokerage operations is helpful

* Experience participating in a large scale software development project is necessary

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with other developers and to produce project documentation is required
