HireAbility Launches Affiliate Program
|

As a recruiting professional, you probably
have associates and friends who can benefit from
HireAbility's services and products. We'd like your
help finding those people, and in return, we'll give
you a hefty reward. If you refer such users to
HireAbility, and they sign up for any of the services
or products we offer, you get a commission. It's
that simple. In fact, you don't even have to be a
HireAbility user yourself. Simply refer people you
think can benefit from using HireAbility. There is no
cost to be an affiliate and it is easy to join.
How much can I make?
The best thing about our affiliate program is that you
get recurring commissions for up to 12 months. If
the recruiter you referred joins as an IA
(Independent Agent) Recruiter and makes a
placement (i.e., hires a job seeker for a corporate
client), you make between $125 and $250, based on
the size of the contract. Your referral will make an
average of 8 placements in 12 months. So on
average you can expect to make somewhere
between $1000 ($125 x 8) and $2000 ($250 x 8) on
placements from a single referral! We also will pay
you commissions for any services or products that
your referral purchases from us. Your commissions
can easily total more than $2000 from a single
referral. Imagine what you can make from multiple
referrals! Generate a few referrals, and you can
forget your day job soon.

The Future of Recruiting

HireAbility launched
recently two new services for recruiters, the
Premium Independent
Agent
program, and the
Virtual
Recruiter program. Each program is
designed to serve specific needs.
The Premium IA program is designed for recruiting
professionals who need tools and support in building
their independent business. It is an enhanced set of
services within the Independent Agent program,
including most features of the standard IA program,
plus access to CareerBuilder's candidate
database, higher commissions (after meeting goals),
and marketing collateral. Premium Independent
Agents are exclusive with HireAbility and pay a
monthly
fee.
The Virtual Recruiter program is designed for
recruiting professionals who already have their
businesses set up. Most of these folks are simply
looking to increase the numbers of job orders on
which they can recruit, or to increase the numbers of
recruiters who are working on filling the job orders
they've put forward on HireAbility's Recruiting
Exchange. They receive an account on SARAH Light,
a smaller version of HireAbility's ATS, and unlimited
access to the Recruiting Exchange. Virtual recruiters
are not exclusive with HireAbility and do not pay
a monthly fee, but rather pay a commission to
HireAbility when they close a deal with any of
HireAbility's members.

want to go from class nerd to Prom Queen
accompanying the brightest and most important
client. So how do I hone those recruiting muscles so
I can turn the heads of clients, candidates, and the
competition?

All of us have an inner natural beauty, so why don't
we start by taking what Nature gave us and work on
it a little.
We are going to dab a little perfume here, a smidgen
of lipstick there, and do lots and lots of toning. We
