HireAbility.com (“HireAbility”) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the websites: www.HireAbility.com, www.RecruiterTrainingCenter.com, www.RecruiterNewsletter.com, www.talenttrader.net, and www.resumeparser.com (collectively the “Sites”). By visiting the Sites, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

The HireAbility Sites:

www.HireAbility.com (“hireability.com”) is a career Web site owned and operated by HireAbility where (i) candidates can market their profiles for the purpose of finding jobs, and search and apply for jobs posted to hireability.com, and access other pertinent information; and (ii) recruitment professionals can post jobs for the purpose of finding candidates, and search for and contact candidates with profiles posted on hireability.com, and access other pertinent information.

www.RecruiterTrainingCenter.com (“RecruiterTrainingCenter.com”) is a Web site owned and operated by HireAbility that enables recruitment professionals and jobseekers to learn about and subscribe to recruitment and career-related products and services provided by HireAbility, specifically on-line training in either a live or recorded (playback or downloadable) format. HireAbility may use a third party like WebEx (https://hireability.webex.com)to enable your on-line registration and the on-line delivery of the actual training events. www.RecruiterNewsletter.com (“RecruiterNewsletter.com”) is a Web site owned and operated by HireAbility that enables recruitment professionals to read the latest industry trends and learn other valuable information. You may subscribe or unsubscribe through recruiternewsletter.com to receive an emailed version of the monthly HireAbility Recruiter Newsletter. HireAbility only emails the newsletter to people who have opted in to receive it, and complies fully with the Can-Spam Act.

www.TalentTrader.net (“TalentTrader.net”) is a hosted Recruitment Exchange, owned and operated by HireAbility. Subscribed recruitment professionals use these web-based products and services, provided by HireAbility to network with other members, share information (including job and candidate data), post entries to interest group forums, and more.

www.resumeparser.com (“resumeparser.com”) is a Web site owned and operated by HireAbility for recruitment professionals, HR organizations, and software vendors to learn about ALEX(sm)(the résumé parser) and the résumé processing services provided by HireAbility.

Username and Password: The only way to gain access to your account on hireability.com or TalentTrader.net is by entering your correct Username and Password combination in the appropriate fields provided. Therefore, you should not reveal your Username and Password to anyone. If you think that your Password has been compromised, you can change it in your profile.

www.RecruiterTrainingCenter.com enables you to learn about HireAbility’s on-line training products and services, but does not currently provide direct registration or access to the training. Registration for and access to the training products and services is currently done through a secure website run by WebEx at https://hireability.webex.com. You will be assigned a PIN to access the training after registration, and access to the training is only available by entering that PIN when prompted to do so. External Links: The Sites contain links to other sites. HireAbility is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other Web sites.

Public Forums: Any of the HireAbility Sites may at any time make a message board available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Information You Provide to Us:

Registration, information request and on-line tour forms on any of the HireAbility Sites as well as on https://hireability.webex.com (collectively “The Sites”) require users to give contact information (e.g. name(s) and email address(s)) and other information about their plans for using, and interests in our products and services. To gain access to any of HireAbility's products and services (e.g. training events, job posting subscriptions, etc.) to which you subscribe through The Sites you may be prompted to enter billing information.

We collect billing information (e.g. credit card account information) for the purchases made by you on The Sites. Billing contact information for each customer is used only to process payment and to contact you regarding billing if necessary. Credit card information is protected during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input.

We store information you enter on the HireAbility Sites or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to access or use some or all of our functionality. We use the information that you provide to respond to your requests, improve our service, communicate with you effectively, and deliver our career site, recruitment and jobseeker services. When you are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with HireAbility alone, unless it is specifically stated otherwise.

HireAbility may perform research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior based on the information provided to us upon registration. We do this to better understand and serve our users. This research is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. We may share this aggregated data with advertisers or business partners. An example of aggregated data would be that 60% of our jobseekers are in the information technology field. However, in these situations, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to personally identify you. Certain information, such as your password and credit card number is never disclosed in aggregate at all.

HireAbility does not rent or sell email addresses to third parties.

Certain information is entered on the HireAbility Sites by users for the express purpose of publicizing that information. Examples of such information include jobseeker/candidate skill sets, job posting descriptions, and interest group forum postings. Our Terms of Use applies to all users when publicizing data. Except for hireability.com registered jobseekers who expressly make their candidate profile private, the posted information will be shown to other users requesting that information.

Automatic Information: We store certain types of information whenever you visit the HireAbility Sites. We use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses the HireAbility Sites. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer via your web browser to your computer's hard drive. Cookies enable our systems to recognize your browser. You can disable cookies, however, we will not recognized you as a return visitor. With cookies disabled, you may be required to re-enter information to take advantage of some of our features or may not be able to take advantage of personalized pages.

Information From Other Sources: We may receive information about you from our partners or from other sources. We may use this information to contact you and to encourage you to visit the HireAbility Sites. While we request, we cannot guarantee, that our partners and other sources provide us with your information only if you have opted-in to receive information from other sources. Email messages that you receive from us contain remove links so that you can opt out of our email and other services.

Email from Us: We send a monthly Recruiter Newsletter to registered (opt-in) subscribers. Subscribers may change their email preferences or discontinue receiving the opt-in email by opting out through RecruiterNewsletter.com. Also, to opt-in subscribers, we may send information about our training events and services. Subscribers may also opt-in to receive information from us about third-party products or services. Subscribers may opt-out at anytime online. We comply with the Can-Spam Act of 2003.

HireAbility.com and Talenttrader.net: From time to time we send opt-in automatic email to registered jobseekers or recruiters. Examples of opt-in email include job alerts, candidate applications (to recruiters only), weekly interest group summaries (to recruiters only). To ensure that your information on hireability.com is the most up-to-date, or to share with you the latest news about the HireAbility Sites (e.g. services or features which may interest you) we may email you periodically. We also may send you news and offers from our partners. You can set your preferences in your hireability.com or talenttrader.net accounts to receive or restrict emails from HireAbility and/or our partners.

Access to Customer Information: We engage other entities to perform services on our behalf. Examples of these services include analyzing data (e.g. through Google Analytics), and registration and delivery of our on-line training sessions through Webex. These entities are bound by a privacy policy at least as stringent as the terms described herein. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions only, but may not use it for other purposes.

We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other license agreements; or protect the rights and property of HireAbility, our customers, users, or others. This includes the exchange of information in defense or prevention of fraud, and reduction of credit risk.

Security: HireAbility has rigid security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and unauthorized access and alteration of the information under our control.

Statistics: We use Google Analytics to conduct anonymous web traffic analysis for our site. While Google Analytics makes use of cookies, no personal information is ever collected or analyzed by this service. Children: HireAbility does not license its products or services for purchase by those under the age of 18.
