HireAbility resume parsing. How to Leverage Blind Resumes and CVs

HireAbility has partnered with some of its clients to create a snapshot summary of meaningful information about a candidate based on resume or CV parsing results. This is a snapshot summary of items that are important to our clients and their end users. Sometimes recruiters simply want a quick summary outlining what a candidate ‘brings to the table’. Therefore, they are looking for such data as career level (derived from totaling the years of experience), top 3 skills, skills used at the most current job and more.

The snapshot provides deduced information based on already parsed resume data. As a result, the snapshot summary acquires a value beyond the value of data in a resume. Moreover, additional information provides already parsed information grouped in a way that makes it easier to evaluate a candidate’s worth. With this information at their fingertips companies are better able to use the resume parsing data to match candidates to job, filling positions faster and with better qualified individuals.

Starting this month HireAbility made the snapshot summary a default feature available to all of our resume and CV parsing clients.
